Welcome to the Aithan Distributors (E-Commerce) Platform ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our distribution platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.
Account Creation
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, and you are responsible for keeping your password secure.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the platform for illegal activity, including hacking our systems, posting false reviews, or scraping data without permission.
Termination
Aithan Distributors reserves the right to suspend or close your account if you violate any of these rules. You may also close your own account at any time from your dashboard, provided you have no order that's still being priced, paid for, or disputed — closing your account immediately blocks your login and deletes your uploaded ID and CAC certificate; your order and payment history is kept as required for tax and dispute-resolution purposes. Distributor status is granted at Aithan Distributors' sole discretion, following a review of submitted business documentation. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to meeting the minimum purchase requirements.
Pricing
All prices listed on the platform are subject to change without notice. We strive to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. VAT is not included in the price of goods unless stated otherwise.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons such as product shortage or suspected fraud.
Payment Method
Naira payments are processed via Paystack. USD payments are settled via bank transfer and confirmed manually.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by our courier partners or unforeseen events. Risk of loss and title to items passes to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within a reasonable time, not exceeding two weeks of delivery. Such items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is inspected, your refund will be approved and issued through your original method of payment.
Orders may be cancelled by the distributor only while still in "pending" status (payment has not been made for the order). Once payment is made or the pending status is lifted, cancellation must go through our support team.
Disputes regarding delivered goods should be reported within 48 hours of delivery, through the platform's dispute reporting tool.
All content on this platform — including text, logos, and graphics — is the property of Aithan Distributors and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without our explicit written permission.
The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis; we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Aithan Distributors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
